The only companion you'll "lose out on," is Arcann on Imp Side if you skip to ossus. He cannot currently be reclaimed at odessen; otherwise all other companions can be reclaimed at odessen. If you go pub side, you get all the companions. there are a small handful waiting to be returned via storyline as others have mentioned.

This would be glorious. 1 caveat I would interject, maybe make it a button to click to add everything instead of automatically porting everything over... The reason why I say this is for the titles, you get exp when you unlock them. I have almost all of them and with exp boost and exp boost armor, am about 5th level or more after unlocks... it's a nice little boost. not that big of a deal either way, but still.

Just confirmed, he is not available. I skipped to the ossus story on an assassin; completed the ossus storyline, and went back to odessen. the only companions available are the original companions; and the ones from kotet available are: koth, senya, scorpio, vette. not arcann. he seems to be the only one that can't be brought back from the dead. right now. :/ pub side toons don't cap him when they skip ahead; but it looks like for now; on imp side, if you want him available, you have to slog through the entire storyline to get him. which sucks as I have almost 70 alts... sad face.

Really? he's available in the odessen kiosk? for imp side? i know you get him on pub side if you skip to ossus storyline; but normally he's capped on imp side. i don't recall seeing him after doing ossus... but i'll test it out. thanks!

would like to be able to get back arcann from the odessen kiosk thing if he's been capped... for example, say i don't want to slog through the kotfe etc. storylines on over 40 imp side toons but want to keep arcann, if arcann was available from the companion kiosk thingy, that would be spiffy. thanks.

In semi-related news... any chance of making it possible to re-obtain arcann in the odessan kiosk thinger where you can reclaim your other companions, after he's capped in the storyline?

Just had an sm ops run tonight. We beat the boss, I didn't notice in time, but there were a couple people down, and I accidentally clicked to get treasure. The people in the ops lead guild started whining saying whoever looted ruined loot for them. I was like, uh... sorry?!? I didn't get anything. I leave the group... a few minutes later the ops lead claims I'm banned from running ops with him again, I'll never run ops again, blah blah, he was whining that he had the lockout and didn't get any loot. Nothing was mentioned about loot being promised to anyone when the group was formed. Also, I thought they fixed that bug like 5 years ago where you couldn't get loot if you were dead. I'm fairly certain I've been dead and looted and still got stuff. I got the impression the kid was going to swap it to master looter so they could get all the stuff, but because I clicked early, they couldn't.

Are you now able to retrieve arcann from the oddessen companion thingy and if not, anyone know if they're planning on making that a possibility? I tried getting him back when ossus first dropped and he wasn't an option then. haven't tried looking since as don't want to lose him and not be able to get him back. thank you.

More or less, yes. I have over 50 toons and have essentially completed most every achievement. However, with the extremely slow content release; your mileage may vary. I am getting bored with spamming the same old content over and over and over; but I still stick around maintaining hope that more content is around the corner. I would agree with what most have said, to try to sub a month or two and check it out . Even though there hasn't been a lot of new content in a long long time; it's still a far better game (in my unprofessional opinion) than all the other leading mmos. (wow, eso, ff 14, gw2) etc.

I thought I saw a weekly in there from the board where you get the dailies. Complete 5 dailies for the weekly. I logged out of pts so don't remember the actual name of it though. Unless I misread it.

I just forgot the name of the mission cuz I suck at life; but the one in the Jedi Temple where you have to click on dirt piles or something; I was able to do 1, but clicking any after that would start to channel and either break on it's own, or would immediately auto-spawn back before I could click the urn thingies underneath. You have to collect 5 and I was only able to do 1. Also, I wasn't able to drag any mounts to action bars. so literally had to hit p then select mount every time i wanted to go somewhere.

So, is there at any point going to have this pvp actually count towards the pvp missions, or is it just group dueling? I'm not much of a pvp'er, so maybe I'm missing the point of it; but I don't understand the need for it if it won't count towards the missions. sure, win traders would be far more prevalent, but still, i think it'd be snazzy to be able to queue up and play through someone's stronghold if it counted towards the missions; otherwise, I don't think i'd otherwise bother with it. am I missing something?

Get an ssd they said, it'll be great they said, you can fit approximately 3 files on it before it's full they forgot to mention. So, I tried to dl the pts stuffs so I could check out this pvp / new stronghold stuff, and for no apparent reason, basically had to re-dl all the normal files for the game, essentially taking over 90 GB... in the future, is there any way to just, point to the existing files and just dl the new stuff to be tested? Has anyone else had this issue or am I the only one that sucks at life?

2 questions: 1) any chance to get rid of the pp heads that as soon as the other team is ahead, all they do is piss n moan that the team is garbage and should kill themselves, etc. ? like, can you create a code to kill their characters when they start whining? high five?!? needlessly toxic players suck. 2) not sure if this is the place to ask, but for the talk about the pvp stronghold thing; is that going to count towards the various pvp missions, or is it just basically group dueling?

Just wondering if with this stronghold pvp thing if you'll be able to complete the different pvp missions in it... or is it just dueling?

Just looking to create a 1 stop shopping sort of thing for people to put up some of their favorite rotations. If anyone cares to do this, please put in format of: class name > what form or whatever they're using, i.e., arsenal, innovative ordinance, openers, etc. And if the rotation is best for pvp, pve, specific ops bosses, etc. knuckleheads need not reply.
