Our guild uses Mumble. Raid schedules are mostly fixed but we can be flexible as long as all members of the raid team can make it. Do contact us for more details in game. We can definitely use a Jugg tank for our raid teams.

To add, Burn Phase has a mix of players coming from Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong. Thus we raid at time zones +8 to +11 GMTs. We welcome anyone from different parts of the world too as long as you can make the raid times.

I am aware of the daylight savings. So that is why I choose to put +8 GMT instead of +10 GMT just to avoid confusion. If I'm not mistaken, east side is 3 hours in front now?
