Yup, the rollback option was greyed out and not clickable.

I'm on Windows 10.

Been having and trying to deal with this issue. Was excited to hear rolling back seems to fix the issue. As I had recently updated my drivers I thought it was a logical fix. But I can't rollback. Any thoughts? Is there anything I can do?
