It is about two months ago now that I joined the ranks of subscribers and truly enjoy the experience. However, I do have one lingering issue that I wanted to adress now that I can: the customer support for Free to Play players.
I understand that being a subscriber comes with many advantages and that it is supposed to be that way, this is why I ended up being one in the first place. However, when I had questions about being a subscriber (in this case concerning the Fallen Empire rewards and payment methods) that couldn't really be answered by the Q&A, I just did not know where to go to. When I looked at the Customer Support page I was directed to the standard answers, which, in this case, didn't solve my problem and because the forum is only for subscribers I was left with two other options:
-Contact Us In-Game
Which is only useable by subscribers
-Contact Us By Phone
Which, because I don't live in Germany, France, the UK or the US, would be a very expensive call in which case I might as well subscribe at least then I will get the game content and the advice for free.
I understand you cannot have representatives in every country, and that this is something that takes a lot of time and money to answer, but an e-mail adres for this sort of thing that Free to Play players can send their questions to would go a long way. Maybe this exists already, I don't know, but if it does I could not find it on the customer service page, so you might want to post a link there.
