Seems like developers dont know the difference between nerfing and "killing". I agree, that jawa scrap drop rate was too high, but considering new drop rates, they just "removed" it for most players who dont use bots and use slot machine for fun. And what was wrong about certificates? They even havnt meantioned it in official post! Big thanks bioware. Broken class balance, credit sellers constant spam, useless support, that cant even help with returning mail and non class missions. And now this. Im a subscriber almost since launch, and this is what I have in return. I feel like you just want us to leave so u can shutdown the game.

So I received answer from support, guess what they said... The main idea was: "We are helping only with CLASS missions". So basically, the might be able to help, but wont do it because, by some kind of rules they are helping only with class missions. Imagine u just bought a car, something is broken, and guys from auto service telling u they are able to fix ONLY that, that, and that for example. "We are so sorry but we wont fix it, yes we CAN fix it, but we WONT". Anyways some suggestions: 1. Allow Support guys to fix all missions 2. Let us replay missions. I guess lots of people will be glad. 3. At least block ability to abandon missions, that are currently hard to obtain again. 4. Increase missions limit to 30, at least. I hope I did enough to help solving that problem. Situation could happened with any1.

Well, today I dit it - abandoned main Corellian story chain. Just finished Green Battleground and received Down In history, then abandoned Down in history quest. The thing is, story is something why I like SWTOR. Understanding that Ive just missed it was horrible. Ofc I tried everything, different phases with differnt groups and etc. My last hope is support, but taking in mind what I read before... Im just trying to say that denying help with story in STORY oriented game is just doesnt make sence.

Well Ive found a guy selling these crystals. BTW u can still loot these schematics but the chance is very low. Now I guess I need 2 cyan crystals. Saw one on GTN, but dont remember selles's name. Hope some1 knows the guy.
