Bad players are everywhere. Some just don't care about objectives or listening to others...that can be found on both sides. Imp PvP isn't godly...sometimes it's horrifically bad. Also, premades are everywhere not just impside. I've encountered plenty of pub premades in all brackets. Thing is that premades don't necessarily mean you'll win a warzone either.
