HI I am a level 50 Imp Sniper who is looking for a fun guild that is into rp and pvp. I live to serve the Empire and although I am not SIth, I can be as dark as any Darth. Can anyone suggest a good guild on the Bergen server?

This is probably a stupid newbie question, but how do I earn expertise points? I am a level 35 sniper and play often in PVP and yet I have 0 expertise points.
