Can some experienced PVP player tell where I should put my points?

Why couldn't you enable the expansion a few hours earlier, if it doesn't require a patch? Europeans would have liked it...

I highly doubt it will happen without them bringing the servers down. But some kind of announcement would be really nice and it's annoying me that they don't say anything.

I don't think so but one can hope ^^
