Recently made the mistake of purchasing the shaggy hairstyle. I guess I should have checked the forums first. Because the physics on this hair are *completely* broken causing the hair to clip through the face with almost any movement creating a HUGE bald spot on the back of the head because nearly all the hair is clipping through the head mesh. I'm aware that there are clipping issues with capes too, but these are usually minor and reserved for cut scenes. The shaggy hairstyle is broken on both normal gameplay models and cutscene models. Based on posts in the forum, it's clear that this has been an issue that has basically gone unaddressed for *years*.
This issue is compounded by the fact that people are *paying* for this item and it it simply broken. At the very least, it should be removed from the cartel market. One could forgive such massive bugs on an item they didn't spend real money for, but even by those standards it's hard to believe how bugged and broken this hairstyle is.
I sent in a report to customer service because I couldn't believe that I had wasted my money on an in-game item that was simply broken. I got two e-mails, one a clearly automated message and one claiming to be a human being both saying the same thing: Go here and post about it. That was the only help I received. No assurance that I could potentially get my coins refunded. (Though that seems unlikely from the same folks who host a broken hairstyle as a premium purchase. It's not even part of a pack!)
So TL;DR the shaggy hairstyle is utterly broken, has been for years, somebody should really do something about it even though they probably won't. I wish I had my cartel coins back. I feel cheated. Still waiting on a reply from customer service on what can be done on their side.
But the Shaggy Hairstyle NEEDS a physics update. Even having it be completely static plastic hair would be better than its current state.
