Killing blows, Shiv and Hidden Strike grants TA, assisting kills does not. Lacerate has a chance REGRANT if used on a poisioned target, again assisting kills does not. If it did id be full of TA's the whole game and wouldve had no problems at all without using my Rifle Shot
