And what does that tell you ? I'll tell you what it tells me ... it tells me that even a small game with a small studio with crappy earnings for the year can STILL release more stuff than this AAA title.

I'm not on the fence and I have tons of sub time before I even have to consider it but I think I would be happy with just some humility and the willingness to move forward knowing this expansion pack failed. As long as I knew that they had the intention of developing this game for the long term and their actions backed it up then I would gladly be content and go back to playing the game. I really hate having to sit on here trashing the game all the time.

I had an interesting thought. Since the subs are obviously way down and we just past the first date that some already missed and therefore they will lose the companion and the chapter no matter what. So by the time August gets here and month after month of being eliminated from being able to do this quest. What do you think the actual percentage of people will actually be able to play it ? 5% ?

Even Dcuo as small as it is on the pc side has massive changes coming up that just embarrass what is going on around here. Coming to Xbox 1 in Spring 2016, PS4/PC Crossplay on the 25th of this month, New content next month with multiple story lines instead of a one size fits all for everyone no matter what. Not to mention a brand new power coming out as well as the multiple powers they released in the past year. And this isn't even everything. I am actually really disappointed in Bioware. I never thought I would see the day where I praised anything that was attached to SoE.

Not sure how it's offensive when it wasn't directed at anyone except on the man himself and was directed at no one on the forums. Nice try though. Then you finish combat and wait for it to re-pop. Is this a serious question ? The victim status in this game is I don't even know ... wow. For what it's worth I do send out group invites for stuff if the resources are limited so I'm not really defending the actions here. I guess it's more of a what the heck happened to gamers and why are we wanting to bend over backwards to create safe zones in a game. Like really!!

If you know it's possible to do this in game and you don't take actions to secure your node which you don't own and no one really owes you anything than it's your fault. I click the nodes before I even fight the mobs ... it's not like you or your companion is actually going to die doing it. What is it with all the control freaks that have to lock down everything in this game for all the entitled people. The arrogance to even suggest that is "yours" is just mind blowing. Yes, I wish people were nicer and more courteous but they're not and it's never going to change. Like I said ... look out for yourself. I'll use my own analogy - If you know the snake is going to bite and yet you still test it then don't cry when you get bit. Seems like common sense.

Once again, ignore my opinion if it bothers you that much and go back to worshiping your idol. I know it's hard but you can do it. Even still you think I am getting worked up but I'm not. All because there was no real grouping required. If there was that person would have died long before he ever to your location. But yeah, people will be jerks regardless and will go out of their way to be competitive. I don't really see an issue with that though. All I can suggest is to get better and use the mechanics for your own interests. I don't want Bioware to sit in game dictating what is and what isn't acceptable beyond the currently employed control measures.

Because that isn't how the real world works. This is a public forum (well, provided your subscription is up to date) and I won't silence my opinions to spare someone's feelings. You guys must live in some fantasy world where unicorns go around sprinkling everyone with magic feel good dust to avoid being triggered.

I just want to add this is what happens when there is no incentive to group. Everyone just looks out for themselves. It is destructive to what mmo's are suppose to be and that is playing well with others.

This right here. Oh the things I have seen said to others just in warzones that would put some people to tears . You get used to it. I wish it was better but I'm not holding my breath on it.
