Hey, I'm fairly new to the game and in the process of levelling up my 2nd char, a Vanguard that's currently 26 specced into shield. I've noticed that Ion Jolt procs from Ion Cell is doing FAR less damage than the tooltip states. According to the tooltip, the proc should be doing 226 damage, yet when I hit Stockstrike, which has a 100% chance to proc the Jolt, it's only hitting for 63 extra. This is a consistent thing, I'm not just looking at fluke resists every once in a while. What's the deal, why is Ion Jolt doing less than 1/3 of the damage it's supposed to? Does it do horrible damage for everyone or is there something bugged about my guy, I haven't noticed any other threads about this issue.
