Is there a list of people on Ebon Hawk who can make +41 Magenta Crystals?

I am not able to get this datacron because I can not finish "The Trials" I was told by customer service that the trials mission was part of the mission arc on Voss and that if it was abandoned I could no longer obtain the mission. As a result I am unable to get the endurance datacron and I am locked out of getting it forever. I have every datacron on multiple characters and as far as I can tell this is the only datacron that can be rendered unobtainable. Was this the intention of the developers? If not please change it so that "The Trials" mission can be reacquired from Garel-Mo in the case of having abandoned the mission.

Just because one player gets to lvl 50 does not equate to them helping the developers. I would wager that a majority of lvl 50 characters have never provided helpful feedback. As already stated this is a poor attempt to reward people of a particular play style. I have met many players who are like me and enjoy exploring everything about each area. As soon as I read about this I felt regret for playing many characters instead of rushing to the endgame with one like I did with previous MMOs. I don't think they intended to cause so many people to have these regrets.
