10pm PST maintenance for 4 hours? I didn't realize you could do worse than your 12pm PST 7 hour maintenance but you sure proved me wrong. Can you guys please do a better job of maintaining uptime for your products? You obviously have to fix the bugs and keep bringing new content but many of the modern MMOs are able to do this while maintaining availability. Why is it that every time you patch the game server & client you must also patch the freaking website? It's a great game, a great product. It's managed by an incompetent technical operations crew.
