Need before greed on actual item drops. As for grade 8 materials that can be crafted into level 26 mods and armorings we collect them from the group as a whole and then build the armoring peices for individuals. The order of who gets what is decided by the individual Hand (raid leader), although it is to be fair and gear up each person in the raid group. That way they don't just go to line someone's bottom pocket. My specific raid is gearing the healers then tanks then DPS.

I love SWTOR. I have a light saber. 'nuff said. But on a more serious note. Everyone complains it isn't like WoW. Well no duh, WoW has been out for years whereas SWTOR has yet to have its first anniversary. One thing I do agree with however is that WoW had multiple leveling zones, I kind of wish SWTOR had multiple leveling worlds for each bracket. But hey, not something I am going to fuss over, because I love this freaking game and will be here as long as it doesn't go pay to win.

Speaking of our Raids our Dominion raid is in need of multiple people as well as our Late Night raid.

Do you mean Ranked PvP? We run Ranked PvP every week on Mondays as it is. As for Raids we run them on numerous days of the week. Mine runs Weds/Sun, we have one that runs Tues/Thurs, one that runes Weds Thurs, and one that runs Weds/Sat and a late night. Also Monday and Weds I believe.

Our late night raid is still looking for 2-3 members and our Weds/Sun Ramrod raid is in need of a DPS. About to start up hard mode TfB and EC.
