  1. After trying not to do heroics i was horribly underleveled on alderaan. i guess you just need to do a lot of side quests and heroics to reach the max level. Oh, and, getting into a rested state helps.
  2. I LOVE the trooper story so far. I'm level 34 on Balmorra, and it seems fine to me. As for the ending of Ord Mantell, by the time i got there i was sort of guessing that they were betraying us. I think they just left a little too many hints or something like that.
  3. i didn't take that choice because i was worried she would choose wrongly. But I imagine she would've said something like "Havoc is your squad, commander. You have to choose" or whatever.
  4. Well so far I like the trooper story. It's better than my Sith Warrior so far i think. My sith warrior is ALL evil and frankly it gets boring murdering people and being agonizingly arrogant, because it just isn't me. My trooper is mostly light but he doesn't like garza very much and he will make some dark side choices when the LS choices are, frankly, ridiculous.
  5. I have to say that both sides make good points. And I'm not really decided on which option would be best. I mean, sure it would be nice to for once not be the super awesome elite squad commander. But then again... regular grunt's don't see action every moment like in the game. (which is ok, becuz nobody is going to play a game where you spend 7 hours on guard duty and nothing happens.) But maybe there could be a compromise. Say you're commander or XO of a squad...but you're not super high ranking spec forces squad like Havoc. You and your squad would go on missions and you would have to make important decisions and strategic moves as Commanding Officer. I'm just thinking that maybe a middle ground could be found here.
  6. I believe first you are Sergeant, then Lieutenant, then Captain, then Major.
  7. Well It sort of depends on your level... like Balmorrean Infantry Armor is a nice black and white and unifies good, AND it looks trooper--ish, but it won't really help you if you're level 50 or so...
  8. I haven't gotten to this part yet but I intend to promote Jorgan. I just feel really bad how the actions of Tavus lost him his officer's position and put him under the command of someone he had recently been ordering around. Not to mention that he's experienced, loyal, and hates imps!
  9. Well I don't know, the Outcast armor set looks trooper-ish enough. Kind of annoying how you only get the chest piece until you're on Nar Shadaa though.
  10. Now, I've done some snooping around this forum and I know the basics of the Jaxo v. Dorne topic. You can fling with Jaxo once and eventually she sends you a letter asking you to come to here apartment, but it's glitched and you can't do it. Alternatively, Dorne becomes your companion and you can have a full-blown relationship with her. But then I read this post that the 1.2 patch has fixed Jaxo's glitch and I can continue her story. Now, I originally was going to romance Dorne because Jaxo wasn't available, but I don't know what to do now. Can anyone offer some advice or wisdom? I don't care much about spoilers, i'm already pretty spoiled.
  11. I finally got the trooper-looking armor! Yes! level 24 vanguard. http://i1179.photobucket.com/albums/x399/darkshogun417/swtor2012-05-0320-25-05-15.jpg
  12. If by "clone trooper" armor you mean the kind of armor that all your squadmates in Havoc Squad and all the Republic Troopers are wearing at Fort Garnik, then you get most of it on Taris, and the chest piece on Nar Shadaa. That's what happened with me at least. You can buy a helmet for lots of credits on Taris too. Eventually it looks like this. http://i1179.photobucket.com/albums/x399/darkshogun417/swtor2012-05-0320-25-05-15.jpg
