After mulling it over with a few people and having some discussions with Enkay (D&T GM) I have decided to not accept the remaining boss kills and subsequent NiM TFB clear that resulted from D&T skipping the Dread Guards encounter. D&T will not be disqualified from this Progression thread and are welcomed to continue participating if they wish. Once they clear the instance in order I will record their kills with their new times. Enkay and I just couldn't come to a consensus but he reminded me that it is my thread and I am free to make whatever decision I deem fair. SWTOR raiding is linear and every boss must be defeated in order. Skipping a boss in this game means lowering the difficulty of the instance to do so. That is proof enough for me to believe in the linearity of SWTOR Ops. There a lot of good guilds that accepted the challenge that is Dread Guards. A fight that my guild proved last night is doable as we got Kel'Sara to 10% even though we got three Ciphas shields in the first phase. We were consistently getting two shields but on that fateful attempt we got three. So we believe it's doable, though very challenging. But the guilds that have accepted the challenge should be rewarded if they complete it. And as far my spreadsheet and this progression thread is concerned the World First titles and US First titles are still up for grabs. There is nothing official about my progression thread. If you participate I will track your progression and it gives everyone something central to look at instead of digging through Server Forums to find out who killed what first. With that being said I told Enkay that he and D&T are free to claim the WF Clear elsewhere. I think everyone knows how it was accomplished and each individual in the community can look at the facts and make up their own minds if that claim is legit or not. For me, I have made up my mind and this progression thread will not recognize it.

Are you guys really claiming this after skipping the wall that is DG? -
Updated. I have converted any screenshots without UTC time stamps to UTC time based on your server time zone. I am only doing it for the first boss and yes it's not as accurate and will be marked unverified. Please take your screenshots going forward with the UTC time-stamp present. Instructions are in the original post..

Updated the spreadsheet before we venture out into TFB again. Once again I want to reiterate that I am continuing to track D&T's progress. At this point me doing that doesn't mean anything. I just don't want to dig through the thread again looking for screenshots. This is a community decision and judging from the feedback in this thread I can see where most are leaning. But I have to discuss possible solutions with a few people. Once that's done I will present it and we'll go forward.

This thread has ballooned into a legit discussion at this point. To be honest when we did the spreadsheet this is not something we figured into it. A mistake on our parts for sure. We didn't think anyone would find a boss "impossible" and opt to skip it. I think the biggest advantage D&T has in doing so is simply more time spent on Op 9, Kephess and TFB while the rest of us try to kill DG as we should. I don't think 3 pieces of gear going to one person or spread out among 3 would not turn a 40-25% enrage into a kill. But the time spent on the other bosses is an advantage considering how it was achieved. Give me sometime to think on this. I will consider everyone's feedback and also talk to some other people and get some different opinions. Meanwhile I will continue to track D&T's progress on the chart until I have a had a chance to discuss this with a few people and see if we can't come up with something that will work for the community and D&T, if such a thing exists.

Yes. I can't understand the French but I can tell it's NiM because of the boss' HP. The only thing I can say going forward is to right click your portrait then select phase and then Operations Challenge Mode and take your screenshot where the difficultly is showing. I'd be able to tell its nightmare mode because the third option would be selected.

Well looks like we are delayed. I will investigate the the achievement time stamp. Trust me I know how easy it is to forget the UTC time stamp in the screenshot. I would be ecstatic if everything could be verified from just the achievement. Edit:: I added instructions to the first post explaining how to take a screenshot with the UTC Clock window present. This can be found under the section that details how to verify boss kills.
