I am still new to SWTOR and i was wondering if someone can tell me what the green bug icon over my BH head? or a red arrow...or..well you get the picture. I noticed it the other day when in a party and I guess I started to look around and noticed others with the same thing (not the green fly but other raid like icons) Thanks for helping out the clueless lol

Sanctum of the Exalted is the server Im on. none of my toons are past lvl 15 because I still cant decide ..anyway...i see a lot of RP even for starter worlds. not so much in general or the rp chat channel but if in a grp or if requested in general there is always someone that will PM you a response. When im in a grp I try to stay in character. No one has objected or told me to stop that rp crud. Im on Imperial side so cant speak for Republic. On my BH last night on Dromund Kaas Imperial Op on a bridge spying on a Sith. He starts telling you his problem. Sith lord yadda yadda ..need to watch him from far away....blah blah..why dont you go in there ...(then) "....Hes crazy. He like weapons of mass descruction, Droids and recliners." Could be I heard it wrong but thats what it sounded like:D

I would write a brief history. Where you came from. what likes/dislikes. what life irony placed you where you are now. From that point you can add things from the starter world at least to help flesh out a story line. as for speaking like your class..... Trooper= marine(any war movie really) Jedi (Luke Skywalker learning about the force. Imperial Agent= high ranking officer. Sith=angry all the time wishing to hurt others who dont bow to your will. Just use things that match up in real life as a pattern to in game class. When you have somewhere to start you have somewhere to go. the more you RP the more of yourself you put into it. I play my Bounty Hunter (as of now) more like Indiana Jones. Laugh at danger. willing to chase anything down man or beast for the thrill of the hunt and the little golden statue. Thats just my personality. Sometimes you just need to stop thinking so much and just jump in! This is my op and how I go about it. My toon is Krysun BH on Sanctum of the Exalted and I play fri & sat nights 10-2am est. pst me if you want to rp a bit or just chat. Good Luck!

OK could be I was a bit over zealous. I got the idea from another MMO but the server group was a lot smaller. Guess it was more because most movies pit the Jedi vs Sith. In BGs and just in general there are a lot of force users. I just thought it would be cool to see us as a whole band together for a weekend and play out a war like Clone wars or the last Mandalore war. Guess I see the point you all make. I just thought I would try to see what others think. But it is more of an idea geared to an RP server than the community as a whole. ahh i tried.

I will elaborate more in my next report.” ---Ok I am trying to gauge response on a server wide event which I am calling The Mandalorian Conflict: First Strike.--- The idea is this. Next (3/30/12)weekend all we use are Troopers and Bounty Hunters. !NO FORCE USERS! A week is more than enough time to get to lvl 10+. It is also a good reason to either dust yours off your 50 or lvl the one you been meaning too. PVP- world/battle ground pvp. It will pit Troopers vs Bounty Hunters should be interesting. Guilds- Can organize world pvp on their own. RP- Great opportunity for Jedi stories and how they are going to hold back or not. Good time to start a hunter or trooper. Guild story arcs. Sith stories and how they are/not involved. NoN PvP- We are at a stalemate with the treaty being signed. Do your part in the war effort. Craft items for low lvl toons who will be in the conflict. Make a Medic. No one said you had to be on the dps end of pvp. Hit the heroics and flashpoints in a full group of troopers/hunters. How cool would it be to see starting zones filled with 1 class. All the devs do is create a sandbox for us to play in. Well…. here is a way to make SWTOR ours.
