I came on to post exactly the same response Anicca. After submitting a ticket asking for a refund on my pre-purchase of Rise of the Hutt Cartel, I received the same completely unsuitable response. Not only does the response not answer my actual question, but it tries to spin the merger in a positive way. I'm so enraged that I am seriously considering unsubbing immediately. This enforces the fact that in no way is Bioware going to change their mind. I was going to take a wait and see approach, however now I see this is pointless and there is now no reason to continue playing.

Wow, seriously? When this happens and the ping makes the game unplayable, I'll be quitting for sure. It was on of the main reason I didn't continue with WoW. Probably not best to make any rash decisions but I can't see a positive side to this at all. I want to know who is complaining about there being a low population on the APAC servers! I thought it was perfect, seemed to be enough people to group with, but not too many that you're fighting over mobs/quests/items etc. This seems like a completely stupid idea and with kill off SWTOR for anyone not in the US or Europe.
