  1. Yes, Not level 50 yet. Thanks. I'll have to wait for shoulder cannon
  2. I was just in a PvP (Hypergate) and was guarding the pylon alone. Got stunned by a stealther who started capping so had to release myself. He instantly stun locked me again and there was nothing I could do! He Capped. *** is that about? Why do some classes have two stuns etc and Vanguards only have one. Was I doing something wrong? As that seems to be a pretty poor flaw to be able to just stun twice and cap so easily.
  3. I completed swimming lessons the other day and can now swim so I am going to do the Olympic swimming relay this summer as im sure Team GB will easily win with me in the squad..........oh no wait.........
  4. I hate to say it but the above comment really is right. The beauty of this game is that casual players can be casual doing as much or as little as they like and others who want to go further can put the hours in to clear the content and get the gear for the higher content. Its a transition. There is content appropriate for every gear level at level 50. Over time the appropriate content gives you the gear you need to move up to the next level of harder content and so on. If you look at it from the other side - The guy who hit level 50 five minutes ago and queues for the hardest level 50 content is an idiot. Levelling from 1-50 would and should have given that person the experience of the game to know that that is just a bad idea and they will be of no use. Why would you want to be the person in the group potentially dragging the others down? I certainty wouldn't. Its embarrassing. I Would WANT to clear the content appropriate for me to enjoy ALL of the game content which would give me the gear to progress to higher level Ops/Flashpoints so I can actually contribute and gain a sense of achievement. This game was built like other MMOs to allow casual and advanced play. If a group isn't gear appropriate for content that group will just spend hours wiping which at endgame content is fine for a guild group trying to clear content but there arent many who want to spend several hours with a group they dont know wiping hundreds of times in a row as all that happens is people start quitting. Seen it a thousand times and its pointles and detracts from EVERYONES experiance
  5. If you want to live a healthy long life Stop using cooking oils with poly fat in them, too many carbs (Dont ever eat a wheat based product) people, it leads to many autoimmune diseases (Heart disease, diabetes etc). Saturated fat is actually GOOD for you - Lowers triglycerides, raises HDL, lowers small dense LDL and raise large buoyant LDL (Benign). Bread, pasta, "Healthy" cooking oils (With poly fat) Lower HDL, raise triglycerides, and raise small dense LDL - Leading to inflammation - leading to heart disease. This thread is now useful and could save lives.
  6. I only eat meat, veg, fruit and saturated fat. Few carbs (except sweet potatoes), NO cooking oils with polyunsaturated fat (Specifically omega 6) in them, they will kill you.
  7. Bang on the money. I was going to play tonight but saw servers down so my first thought was "Im off to the pub to meet a buddy", no point fretting about it all as there is nothing you can do about it + it can be used as an opportunity to get away from the computer screen and actually do something fun/productive with actual value in the real world... A LOT of the people here likely spend too much time playing this game. I know no one here but I know MMOs and their addictive nature. The fact that so many are very very upset about this is an indicator of addiction. I pay my subscription too and when servers are down I go and do other things, no biggie.
  8. Im sorry to see threads like this as the ops reasons are perfectly valid :-( All I will say is give it another go when it has been developed a bit more. Nothing is complete immediately and this game is only a few months old after all. Im not excusing the issues that could have been avoided but a live game is always a work in progress.
  9. Hahaha, Best post in this thread
  10. Delete this thread. It achieves nothing.
  11. Has it occurred to all those complaining and griping about this "Declining population" issue that having lots of threads like this (I have seen several in different forum sections) only adds to the problem? A LOT of people would be put of buying the game after reading stuff like this in a ton of threads. The moaning drives away those who can fix the problem. I signed up after playing the free trial last weekend. I enjoyed it so thought what the hell. If I had seen threads like this I would not have purchased it. I'm glad I didn't. Fact is this game is less than 3 months old and is a work in progress. As the game improves and develops more people are attracted to playing. Just my two cents. M
