Can anyone point me in the direction of the patch notes online. I just cant read the ones on the login screen, its too small for me too be able to take in all that info and understand it on that small of a screen, i tried searchign "1.2 patch notes" and came up with nothing, i cant find it anywhere on the forums, so if someone could guide me to an online version of the patch notes i would appreciate it a ton. I need alot of help with understanding all these changes lol so i need to be able to fully read through all the notes. Thanks

Unfortunately I think we will be seeing more and more of this now that 1.2 is out without server transfers. I wont quit but ive had alot of problems with guild recently and cant seem to find one that is clicked up and is genuinly nice and helpful to new players joining, at least with the more hardcore guild for RAIDing or PVP. Which has forced me to be guildless and the game is alot less fun with noone to play with and talk to on vent/mumble/team speak wutever. All that on top of the server transfer problems is putting a dampening on my SWTOR spirit as well. I really hope they do something about server Transfers soon

i know one thing, now that ive seen and messed around a little with the new stuff in 1.2 i now more than ever want to have server transfers so i can put my family together. I really hope they do it soon or like someone just said that they were losing interest in the gsame, i wont lose complete interest but it def makes me want to play less.

well thanks i guess lol I mean i know its my fault i have no reason to lie, wont do me any good in this situation so i mean.... but yea i see what has been going on alot of blaming everyone else instead of just saying they made a mistake lol And too the guy 2 posts above yours that is a horrible idea. Bioware has to make money in order to continue to run a game of this quality. This game way outdoes any other games ive ever played and some may disagree but i know alot was put into this game to make us, the community, happy, and it takes alot of time and money for the upkeep on this game to keep it going. I would welcome a free transfer sure, but i dont think its necessary at all, and im more than understand charging for server transfers no matter the price. I messed up a bunch of times because i was so excited about playing this game that i overlooked alot of things in the begining and wish i could change alot of things i did but i cant so im not cryin about it. But server transfers = GOOD alot of us could use them to fix our mistakes either way. I think the main goal should be to get server transfers for us not to argue on whos fault it is or what you think you deserve.... you didnt make the game, you dont keep the game going, and you dont make the new features that the game requires for upkeep, so ill leave al lthe decisions in the hands of the developers.

i think its reasonable to charge for tranfers, it takes the developers time and money to make transfers happen so charginf for transfers is necessary in my point of view and im more than willing to pay in order to have the game experience i intended to have, but cant becaus ei made the mistake of not doing enough research when i got the game on everything, i just jumped into the first server i saw and after i reached lvl 50 realized that the server was not the kind of server i wanted to be on so i switched, That was my fault not theirs. So again i think there is nothing unreasonable for them to charge for transfers.

Yea def agree about charging for transfers, it makes sense. They would have to add in new content to make this available and it would cost them money, so charging for transfers is not out of the question or a bad move on their part, it makes sense. I just am just extremely ready to be able to have my characters back together to make this family legacy a better experience for me, and like i stated aboe it was my fault for changing servers to begin with. It was my lack of knowledge and study into the sytem that caused me to change servers so i understand a fee for transfers and would be more than willing to pay. I just dont want it to be put off for a long time because patch 1.2 comes out in a few hours and id like my family tree to be ready and functioning like i wanted it too asap. If i have to wait a half a year for this to happen it would kind of defeat the whoel purpose for me because in that amount of time i could have restarted everything, but i dont want o do that. I like my characters i have now and want them to part of my family again as soon as possible. Id really like this to be TORs new focus after 1.2 so people could begin getting ready to complete what they started.

This is a consolidated post from 2 seperate accounts that i used to make my own thread, that was closed due to this thread already being here. So excuse the parts where it says i switched accounts to show that i have 2 accounts because im just copying all my material from my original posts here off one account rather than both of my accounts. I know this has been asked a thousand times before, I even have asked before. I tried using search to find more articles on this but didnt find much. What I want to know is are we ever going to get an official answer from a DEV or anyone that works for SWTOR on whether this will ever happen and when? This is a big issue to me, because I have lvled 2 characters to 50 and then realized that my server was a west coast server(im on the east coast) and also i joined a server that was just a regular server(may not be correct terminology) when i really wnated to be part of a RP/PVP server, which when the game started i was so excited to get started I didnt take the time to look into all this. I realize this is my fault but I think we desere the chance to fix our istakes especially if we pay for it. I know i dont care, and im pretty sure most everyone else would agree, whether I have to pay for this feature. We just want the option. This is not going to radically change or have a huge effect on the game, especially if your charging money for people to do it. I am fixed and nestled into a server I love now and would like to have the oppurtunity to fix my mistake I made, like many others, when starting the game by choosing the wrong type of server. And id also like to hear a response from someone who works for SWTOR on this issue, it is gaining more and more support and is honestly really aggravating to at least not hae an snwer on plans for this. I dont care what changes would have to be made to your character, besides lvl loss, in order for a server change. I just want to have all my characters that i spent hundreds of hours working on together, especially with the new legacy family system coming tomorrow. If i can get an reasonable non automated response on this issue I would be the happiest cat in the world. And if i dont get a response, which seems to be the case regardign this issue do any community members have any ideas on how I or we as a community can reach out to DEVs to get out message out there about how important this is to us. We are paying customers and I think we at least deserve a response or a new response on whats being done about this if anything at all. Only reason i say new response is because i somewhat remember somewhere in the bck of my brain a DEV say they were considering this or something along those lines but ive heard nothing more than that since then. Please im begging workers/DEVs of SWTOR to respond to us customers regarding this issue. let me reitterate that I am BEGGING you, this has huge meaning to me and alot of others in the community and we just want some feedback. Server Transfers I love this game more than any MMo ever and prob any MMo ever to come, just because of hw huge a SW fan I am and how great i think the game is. there is not much of anything i woukd change, at least not major and i cant complain about anything that is currently in the system. I just want server transfers to be aailable more than anything in the world. It would completely allow me to fix all my characters spread out all over the place and let me have a more complete full family with the new legacy system. This is very important to me and anyone else who would like to see this please say so, because we need to ge the word out as much as possible that we want this to be available, if we do nothing, then nothing will change. Ok well thats somewhat good news but again id like to see someone who works for SWTOR respond or make an announcemnet on this, because im just going off what you as a player is saying. I havent seen what you said has been said by the DEVs, could you send ema link to where this has been said before?

ok cool, thanks for the info. Im not the kinda person to keep spamming this stuff on the forums and whining to get it changed, i just state it once and hope for the best. Appreciate u takin the time to answer all my questions though. I really wish theyd make this a higher priority but you take what you can get, not much else you can do. DEVS read this!

1.Is there a time the developers have stated that server transfers would become available? 2. What would happen with the ;egacy system after 1.2 with a server transfer of an already lvl 50 character? 3. Until STs are available does anyone know if i have a lvl 50 BH on one server and a lvl 50 Sith Wrrior on another will the unlocks for legacy intermingle, or is it just for charcters you possess on a single server that the unlocks will pertain to? 4. Will we ever be able to change our legacy names, I know i would like to change all of my legacys. I have 3, (one lvl 50 on namadii corridor, a lvl 50 on Jung Ma, and i also have almost gotten to lvl 50 with a completely seperate account that pay for) Id like to one day be able to put them all in the same server at least. And possible be able to make them all have the same legacy name if STs were to come available.? PS: Im sure some of these answers could be looked up possibly, not trying to make wasted thread space, im just leaving my computer after i type this up to go somewhere for a while and was just wanting to consolidate my questions and hopefully have answers when i got back.
