Second (or would that be Third) the suggestion ... since the Class quests often send us to lower-level planets where I skipped some quests on that Character, it would be really nice to know whether an "available" quest is really worth my time. Also came here to make this same suggestion, so I'm glad others have already made it

I'm a Level 29 Sniper doing Level 30 missions on Alderaan. I don't have too much trouble with the general mobs in the open areas or the story quest instances, until I get to the final Quest boss (the gold-star guy). I'm finding that Kaliyo seems to die when the boss is only down about 50% health, and I don't last much longer when he turns his attention to me. My best guess is that Kaliyo's gear isn't "good enough" ... I've been keeping my gear updated with drops and getting her stuff when I find it, but her gear probably isn't as good as mine. I've tried looking on the GTN for better stuff for her, but didn't immediately see much that looked better (at least at a reasonable price). I'm Biochem, so I can't make her better gear. What level armor, defense, etc should she have for Lvl 30 missions? Maybe I just need to bite the bullet and spend bigger bucks to get her better gear.
