I'm just coming back from a 3 month break and am curious. What makes this suddenly worth having?

I have a PT and Sorc DPS. My work hours are a bit screwy so I end up raiding most nights with an AUS based Pub guild but am looking or an imp team on my off days. Three days ago I'm standing on the new planet opening Commander loot boxes. I get a ton of Legacy gear pieces, so I pull out my revan statue and start selling off crap. Somehow in the middle of the lag fest I ended up swapping out a couple of pieces, selling them to the vendor and then selling too many more pieces to buy them back. I lost BIS 216 set bonus gloves and bracers and a BIS Set Bonus 224 Waist. I decided to submit a ticket expecting to get a reply something like "You messed up, deal with it". But hoping to get a reply of "here's your stuff back, be more carefull next time". Instead I got a reply that "this is a known bug and can't be remedied by customer service and has to be fixed by the dev team". Do they even read the tickets? My ticket spends 3 days in queue and when I finally get a response, it doesn't have anything to do with the ticket I submitted. Just a stock response. Did the CSR just see "lag" in my post and figure it's a dev issue and not read anymore? Now I realize had I been more careful and not just clicked everything quickly to sell it off this wouldn't have happened. Like I said, I expected to get a reply back that said "your fault, too bad", though disappointing I would have been okay with that. But it looks like after waiting for three days, the CSR didn't even bother to read my ticket, just sent a stock reply of "we are too busy to even carefully read your ticket so we are going to blame the devs". I know it's just a game, and two of the three are easily replaced, that's not the point. The point is it sucks to pay for a product and feel like customer service doesn't even care enough about you to read your ticket closely

No, I never kicked anyone. I did have a healer get all defensive and quit when I asked him about his sub 3K EHPS.

I'm in the US but work nights, my typical play time is 1:30 (ish) A.M. to 5 (ish) PST (GMT +8). Vanguard tank or Sage DPS, both toons are in 186 gear with a few 192's splashed in. I've cleared all the L55 SM and HM content and have cleared ToS in SM and to third boss on Ravegers. I've been having some pretty bad luck with PUG groups lately so would like to find a dedicated progression group one or two nights a week during the weekday. I have TS, Mumble, Vent and don't mind starting with the right group on stuff below my gear/experience level as long as the goal is eventual new content progression. What kind of information? That's pretty much it. They seem to be hitting much harder compared to the level than they did pre 3.0. I didn't think King Pin bounties were meant to be on par with HM bosses or Ops bosses

Was there an update to the difficulty on these? I just got my butt handed to me twice on the tatooine King PIn, I was able to solo 55's with little problem but the 60 was like nightmare mode. Combat log says he hit me for just under 60K in 26 seconds. I am a Sage in full 186+ gear with updated augments (36's half purple half blue)

I have a Vanguard DPS in full 180 gear (no set bonus). I'm in the US but work nights and weekends so I often end up playing APAC times and am having a hard time finding people to run HM/Nim content. What days/times do you raid?

<Golden Phoenix> Is currently starting a daytime progression raid group. We have a few players who play mostly in the daytime and would like to fill out a full group for progressive ops. Progression will be: TFB Hard > S & V Hard > DF Hard > DP Hard then onto nightmare so you must at least be geared for TFB HM (fully augmented 168's with some 180's mixed in at a minimum) Must also have and be able to use Ventriilo. You will not be required to join the guild but you must use the guild website for raid signups, guild members will have priority placement in raids.
