I've not played my rogue in a long time. How did Blizz screw up Cheat Death? Also when you mention that Expertise factors into it, does it mean that the more Expertise you get, the damage reduction goes up accordingly?
Or replace Resourcefulness / Situational Awareness with an ability that goes:
Grants you a 50%/100% chance that an attack that would otherwise kill you will instead reduce your health to 10% of your maximum health. In addition, you gain 99% damage reduction from all damage sources for 2 seconds. This ability cannot occur more than once per 120 seconds.

Force Master is for DPS Sorc; Force Mystic is for healers; Survivor is for tanking specced Assassins and Stalker for DPS assassins.
You should probably go for Force Mystic gear but I'd imagine that you'd want to mix and match between Force Master and Mystic gear to achieve the best results.
My 2 cents.
I'm not too sure that would work.
In the Madness tree, you've specced into Raze and that requires you to be using Lightning Charge. However you have allocated 8 talent points in the Deception tree into procs that rely on the use of Surging Charge.
