  1. Szob, one of the problems VG tanks face is that they don't have any true spike reducing cooldowns like assassins. NIM mode fights usually have alot of damage that cant be shielded/defended ,so VGs get pounded by internal/elemental damage, due to no spike eating abilites and few defensives. An assassin can shroud these big spike hits(taking 0 damage) and still run higher endurance without huge negatives Reven uses mostly Internal damage for most of the fight if I remember right, and your healers may have to be better at healing him. Dps needs to not take unnecessary damage(not standing in stupid),as this will make it much harder to heal the tank.
  2. 4000 defense points is pretty much the cap for defense. I'm at 40 percent defense on my assassin. The fortunate redoubt procced (gives 1000 defense/ 6 seconds) and I got a whopping 2 percent boost Its a 3 to 1 ratio from 3k to 4k defense points, then it jumps to 5 to 1 ratio after. I run the old 2 piece (5 shield chance boost with dark ward up) and new 4 piece tank set. Deflection with this amount of defense, makes pretty guarantees almost all M/R attacks miss for 12 or 15 seconds. I lose armor with the old set but armor is not as important for assassins as it is for other tanks.
  3. We have so many instant cast abilities, and it also effects the downtime/delay between casts. I think the sweet spot is around 1860 as it lowers the cooldowns of multiple moves that we use together. There is a huge difference between 10.2 and 10.1 cast if used in sequence.Berserk also stacks for insane speed. Test it out and you will see what I mean(its definately noticeable on dps and especially burst) I find carnage flows with this amount of alacrity and use the accu stim with this setup. The devastating vengeance relic gives rediculous burst on the opener as DB instacrits anyways with proper rotation.
