You know, I like Star Wars, I've played almost since the game opened. I have several chars at 50 and I've enjoyed the game play so far. I was concerned about what the free to play, and the in game purchasing would do to the game but it never really affected me, except... The weekend the cartel market opened, I came on, and low and behold, there were all my cartel coins from subscription and everything else. I bought some cool stuff, and I didn't know anything about the Section X mission or the HK companion, so when I came across the Section X access perk in the cartel market, I bought it. Why? Because I didn't know better. Because nothing on the cartel market listing for Section X access said that subscribers got it for free. So I bought it, picked it up from the market, and went and did the Section X dailies. It was fun. Later on, one of my friends asked me why I bought access when it was free for subscribers. Really? The access item in the market didn't say that. And there were other items that specifically said that it wasn't necessary for subscribers to buy. So, I put a ticket in with support, to which they responded that there was no way to undo it once I collected my purchase from the Market. So, now I'm out way over a 1000 cartel coins because I bought access for all my toons. Boy do I feel stupid. Also, I feel like I'm getting screwed, and that as I continue to subscribe, that subscription means less and less as all the new stuff and cool stuff is only available if I wait forever to get enough coins, or pay extra money. This is a cautionary tale. Make sure that you really want what you buy from the cartel market, because the company sure as hell doesn't give a crap about you once they get your money.
