Gear for what? Lol If you only care for RP, then what purpose would you need to gear? Health and damage have no effect on RP whatsoever. It's just a game mechanic. I'm talking this... Let's make this an RP server!!! Crazy I know, those silly RPers! But think of it like this...from my perspective. PvE and PvP are detractors of in depth character immersion and role playing in my very liberal opinion. If you take out those two concepts...what is there left to do? Well...RP of course!! You could RP while doing those things...sure..but game mechanics suck for real immersion. The fact remains that when I'm trying to RP and someone disappears in the middle bc of a FP que etc..or are unavailable most normal hours..then I see it as a detractor. TLDR: let them go! The RP aspect will live on to the hardcore RPers

Kill the server? Maybe you mean kill as in..no PVP or PVE operations and fps... I miss the days of SWG and the amazing RPers who logged on solely for RP.... /sigh

Anyone else happy that the progression raiders and PVP guilds are leaving??? Finally, no more "ehh I can't RP because of this raid or this tournament." Woohoooo!!! Maybe now all that will stay are those interested in RP over anything else game related. Finally...a true RP server is in the works. I am excite!!!!

Hi! So, I'm posting this because I am trying to gear my Powertech for PvP and...........I have a little problem. A frustrating, yelling out obscenities, and throwing computers type of problem. The problem is I am trying to follow Koozie's amazing Powertech guide and for gear he states certain values to reach. Well...I've been buying the set pieces of Conqueror Tech Master gear and now trying to min/max but I can't seem to mix the right mods and enhancements!!!! I have wasted so many comms trying to achieve this that I am really sad and have been walking around with a keyboard imprint on my forehead for a couple of weeks now. If anyone out there can help me, say...post the type of enhancement, mods, etc and how many you used to achieve the numbers to be a beast in PvP, it would be super amazing and I'll love you forever! Thank you so much!!! P.S-Noxxic seems wrong to me......

So I have a lvl 44 assassin I could bring up to 50 before the patch hits on April 14th. (No pre access ) I tried deception spec and madness and a hybrid...Idk..maybe it was my gear or maybe my rotation but I didn't seem to put out numbers that I've seen assassins capable of. I do understand it's lowbie PvP but...for some reason somethings off. I chalked it up to...idk *** I am doing I looked at builds but all of this changes with 2.0 so...I guess I'm in wait mode???

I...refuse to heal I guess I have a one track mind and don't want to be a hybrid. Should I play another game Idk..

Hey! So, I've been playing as my main for awhile now, a concealment operative. Now I've gone and dabbled in other classes of course, probably a vengeance jugg morso...buuutt anyways. I'm reading posts and QQ and all sorts of things located on the forums nowadays. This is coupled with my newly formed guild focusing on becoming competitive in ranked warzones. WELL, with that said, I can see that an operative has no viability in rated.. I'm not trying to qq or anything, just curious b/c I don't know what to do I've decided that b/c we will "compete" for top spots on the rated team, I need to choose a viable class. With 2.0 coming out, I was curious as what would be a very viable class. I don't want to play a smash monkey though, and not to hip on the Pyrotechs. But I guess it all comes down to I wont be able to play my favorite character in rated and I have to pick another Any help would be appreciated. PS: Oh and I am really good at playing operative, but no matter how good you are, when against a good rated team.....if you pop outta stealth, you get focused. And I do know assassin can play it better but you know..I don't want to be one of those ppl that rolled assassin to become viable

Oh and Fregger I love when someone wants to call me carebear and make assumptions about my skills. If you think i just press buttons and am totally gear dependant then you blah blah blah lol I dont care to retort I would rather just play with you, and kill your avi That would be an awesome challenge!!!!!! Yeah I know Hallow It's just..people with that attitude end up on my team if I'm pugging for the night and I really wish they wouldn't give gear away to people and encourage this type of behavior. You have to admit, just because your "good" at PvP, you can't be a one woman/man army and win the match.

I don't care about catering to "casual" PvP'ers...this whole thing is an annoyance. I worked my but off, got face stomped...for what now? I don't care if someone says, oohh i want to try PvP now and get rolled and they quit. Yay no more person with that fail attitude!!!! That is probably the exact person that goes to the node halfway in the match to farm defensive medals. That attitude sucks in warzones, so lets weed this out and make people work for thier gear. No one remembers the old style MMO's where you NEEDED to grind for WEEKS and get rolled over and pummeled just to get some gear. People felt more like a community, and they felt like they ACCOMPLISHED something. Why can't we go back to that model instead of changing it for crybabies?

Oh god i forgot about that!!! So if i save my 4500 ranked, i can only exchange some of them? Or does it only matter when earning them AFTER the update? Do you have any idea on what the limit is? Thank you for being my knowledge base!!!

I suggest making PvP gear unequippable in ops. PvE gear unequippable in warzones. problem solved, everyone stops crying from jealousy issues. I agree, make warzones separate tiers. that would be awesome. Once past a certain amount of expertise, new tier.

Well that sucks what about chest pieces, as i can hide headgear?

Still makes me popping out of stealth, bursting a target down, then popping back into stealth all that more difficult. Why make things more difficult for this class?
