  1. Legacy names are no longer unique. you can 130 MyNameisBruce running around in game.
  2. Scoundrel has a couple of moves that is positional, and their DPS is meh for sustained depending on your build in what you are doing. They are still good, don't get me wrong. I hear about people talking about using stealth in bypassing trash mobs, and yes, stealth does help with that, if you are smart about it. But I don't have those same problems with my Vanguard or Guardian or Sentinel... Why? Because they have enough AoE/Cone attacks to help shorten the fight by quite a bit. And the smuggler "pet" that heals is not 4/5ths of the way through, it is your very last companion... and his heals are ok. Not amazing, but not as bad as Quinn, but way worse than Mako. Can she ever do any wrong? AoE attacks, and being beefy helps... Smuggler is squishy. And his CC's are only ok, not amazing (except to robots) when he is not steathed. And let's face it, you are not going to walk around 30% slower everywhere, or 45% if you dont take scrapper skills, than if you were unstealthed and sprinting... The easiest class is whichever one you click with. That is not only the easiest answer, but the best one, and the deepest.
  3. Smuggler, hands down for funniest story. But, for those of us a little darker... Sith Warrior ... abusing Vette's shock collar.... oh, there cannot be anything more glorious!
  4. Scoundrel healer to level.. is just.... *sigh* Dirty Fighting and even Scrapper is much more optimal than sawbones to do the PvE stuff. Welcome to MMOs in general and while you may have your heart set on doing a Scoundrel (the lines they say are hillarious), I would recommend trying trooper/Jedi Knight first... The reason, both are beefy, and both are... well beefy. Companions should not be doing 80%-100% of your total damage. They should be supplementing your weaknesses, not replacing it.
  5. So you are a punching bag... is that what we have been reduced to now?
  6. With all the "updates" being mentioned, I would like to know when is the Y AXIS for the space combat going to be inverted?? I can invert it on the ground, why can I not do this in space? It's been over a year, can we please get this done? Should only take an hour tops to implement as you already have the technology.
  7. Invert the Y AXIS on the space combat!!! It's only been a year!
  8. I saw this, and I gotta say, great job. It is making me thing, what is the point of any other build LOL!
  9. Unless you were in your 30s-40s, start over. To regain those levels, find a partner and do the missions anyways. You an PvP, Space Missions, Flashpoints, etc.
  10. That is just being a ***** and a lootwhore. I have left flashpoints for this. And the item was not even for me. The term is ninja is to take something from someone while using a distraction. i.e. taking a static loot chest from someone while they are fighting the mobs that are protecting it (mobs are distraction). i.e. Capping a point while the enemy is fighting your friendly forces. Ninja Cap, Ninja Loot, etc.
  11. I agree with this. But it does not seem to be everyone. You just mentioned 2 people from this group. One guy seemed to be on it... the healer not so much. My question is, did you guys tell the healer that he was the healer? I would have honestly vote kicked him out, since he was the seeming lynchpin to ya'lls destruction and frustraition...
  12. The fact that the bounty hunter uses 1 or 2 pistols just shows that it is derived from Jango and perhaps a few other BHs... Most bounty hunters used every weapon imaginable... Some used rifles, carbines, exotics, and yes, having different weapon skins for the weapons would amazing. I would not be hard to do at all considering we are using Gamorean axes for Force users now.
  13. I looked at that Noxxic thing... it is.... over simplified... Anyways, guide on keybinding and using them http://www.noxxic.com/swtor/gameplay/key-binding And I looked at the rotations, and ummm, Sorcerer and Juggernaut have the same amount of moves that are being used, not including defensive abilities.... Hate to burst your force bubble.. http://www.noxxic.com/swtor/pve/sith-inquisitor/sith-sorcerer/lightning/dps-rotation-and-cooldowns http://www.noxxic.com/swtor/pve/sith-warrior/sith-juggernaut/vengeance/dps-rotation-and-cooldowns#
  14. Well, for normal PvE (class missions, etc) a rotation can be small, which is why I listed there are 3 or so main moves each class does for damage... but no class is just 4 buttons to play.... well maybe a Merc LOL, tracer missile, tracer missiles... But that was kinda fixed, so.... I don't know what it is you are asking for? Which class can get away with pressing the fewest buttons?
  15. Oh.. Warning, Warning!!! It will cost you around 300k in credits to remove the mods... unless they changed the price in the last 3 months. Or was it 100k.... dangit all, I cannot remember...
  16. I moved servers... I have been trying to level my Juggernaut for 10 days now and he is only at 25... I seem to have hit a barrier, either in game or psychological.... My goal is to hit 50 before the New Year since I won't have time to get the HK parts afterwards and I'll miss the DLC. My previous server I have a couple of 50s, all the class buffs ( I MISS THESE) and master crafters.... Starting over hurts, but it gets easier over time.
  17. EQ2 had this, and it was a pain the buttocks, but well worth it. Switching from one side to another... a wood elf necromancer.... This game does not, and at this time, will not. Personally, I don't see an issue with it, since the GTN as a whole as been made cross faction, and we are PvPing against same faction folks and most of the classes are exact mirrors. But alas, it does make a difference which light side/dark side you are, just that you are sith, or your are jedi...
  18. Guess you didn't bother reading my post... All of the classes have the same structure for moves... does not matter which class you choose, you either use the keybinds, or you don't. If you don't then you won't be as effective as those who do.. which is fine in pve, but pvp and flashpoints/operations, etc you might feel the sting a bit. Learning the shift/key combo for 2 hotbars is all you really need.
  19. You have to pull the mods from the armor themselves, not the crafting kits for the shells.
  20. I am thinking of a 23/16/2 build... not sure how it will fare, but I am leveling one up now...Still in vengeance mode.
  21. Yes you need the armor, because it contains the mods... Orange armor still reigns king.
