  1. Bump again. Would love to know why this hasn't been fixed in over a year.
  2. Semi necro, but finally just found this thread after trying for freaking ages to figure out what is going on with all my sound mounts/jukeboxes doing this. Confirmed it's only doing it on my Nar stronghold, not my DK one. Can BiowarEA please fix this already? Seems like this bug has been around for a year now...
  3. It's on their do not post about list. This is one of the worst issues I've ever seen with customer service. Bioware is dead now that the doctors are gone. The name Bioware on any future products is just to try and promote a good game with the name alone. It is solely an EA product now, and EA are f'ing diptards. They care absolutely nothing about their customers, only grabbing their money. They've shown it constantly in the past, clearly here, and will not ever change. It's a shame, since Bioware used to be an amazing company, but since the docs left and the company sold out to EA, they've released crap game after crap game, and do nothing to really support paying customers. They have said nothing to this incredibly big issue for many of us, especially since it's 100% illegal of them, but they're such a huge corporation now that the little guys, ala the customers, have no chance at ever getting anything done against them. And that speaks volumes about them.
  4. Did any part of Mass Effect 3 seem like they cared at all about the game series now that they're at the end of it? That was a pathetic way to end the series, and the DLC they only made because everyone talked about how horrible their game was and even got it around the internet media to get it coverage, was still pathetic. I don't see them making an effort in this, even though it's clearly false advertisement and breach of contract and whatever other terms you can slap on it, simply because this is getting zero media coverage. If this would finally break out and get some coverage, you bet your a** that we'd get some effort from them, but not until then.
  5. They're in the crapper apparently at this point. Just unsub, and never purchase an EA or Bioware game again. Pisses me off that this is what I'm having to do, as I used to be a big Bioware fan, and I love Star Wars, but I'm not putting up with this anymore. It's nothing but a big FU to their customers, since they don't give a damn about us now that they have our money.

  7. Seems like a good one to quote. My advice is for everyone who is sick of this <expletive>, to unsub, and let them finally notice that we're tired of their <expletive> and won't put up with it any longer.
  8. You can get a Nihilus mask from one of the cartel coin packs. My suggestion though, is not to give BiowarEA any more of your money. They only care about money grabbing from customers, not their actual customer's wants/needs.
  9. Still waiting. The "customer feedback" comments on 1.7's crappy update is just pathetic, when we've got a very large thread that's 54+ pages now and where's our update?
  10. Don't you see? They listen to our feedback! They released old, already done content! Of course, the cartel market gets new stuff, while we still have no updates. This is getting absolutely terrible and pathetic, and I'm done putting up with it. Not buying any more cartel coins, and unsubbed, done with this game when my game time runs out. Things like TERA that just went Free to Play with no real restrictions will get my attention now.

  13. Trolling isn't really asked for in this post, or any other that's looking for feedback from EA/Bioware on their broken promises and false advertising. As CE owners, who paid extraordinarily more than the rest, and especially the FREE players, we were buying into promises of constant and regular game updates to the exclusive CE store as part of what we'd be getting from that investment. The fact that we have gotten no updates to it in over a year, and no responses from BiowarEA about it, when there is this + a much longer thread that have been on the General Discussion front page for over a month of the other thread, still with no responses, is horrendous of them. We aren't asking for Cartel Market items, so telling us to buy them isn't anything more than juvenile trolling.
  14. Sad, but more than likely true when EA is involved. They could care less about their paying customers, so long as they get their money.
