Hey, if you don't want your character to have a same-sex relationship then don't flirt with a member of the same sex. It's not 'thrusting minority politics' in your face, it's about including everybody. Adding same-sex relationships isn't taking anything away from those who want heterosexual relationships.
And to those who say there should be a parental control filter, filtering out any possibility of a gay relationship, you seriously need to wake up. People are born gay or are born straight. Seeing the possibility of a same-sex relationship on SWTOR will influence their sexuality as much as looking at an orange will turn you into a piece of fruit.
And there's me thinking us gamer geeks were the intelligent ones with open minds.
