Having the same issue and clicking on the Customer Service Help Center button is getting just a button saying to subscribe.

Yes, fixing things should still be something they do. I realize its "old" content but it is still in the game which means it should be fixed or removed. Rather irksome having complete silence on issues that've been brought to devs/customer service attention.
