Intrepid is trying to pull more members together for runs on Friday nights at 8 p.m. server (pst). We could use a rDPS, especially one with exp. We're basically doing priority HM runs to catch more people up in 224 gear. If you're interested, feel free to /who Intrepid in game, reply here, or reply in our recruitment thread.

We have 1 in our Saturday group, but there aren't any openings in that group currently. The guild does have members on from time to time anywhere from 1-5 throughout the week (really random), but we aren't as much of a social guild at this time. We do have a small group focusing on the LvD event during the week, and one person of our guild despite not being apac is usually on more for their times than normal. Also a part of our Saturday group (the raid lead, even. #jadedynasty). In a raider's capacity or just as a casual? If a raider, this part: Keep in mind it's not the gear we're looking for. The following are things we look for in our trials: - Attitude - Class, Advanced Class and strategy knowledge - Performance - Reliable attendance - Participation in discussions and guild events - Social fit - Able to use and speak in TS3 - Ability to download and run StarParse - Drama free. That is what we look for in a raider. If you just want to join as a friendly face that occasionally participates in things, then yes, we can welcome you under that reason as well.

I'm forming a HM group for Intrepid that will raid Tues/Thurs from 7:30 to 10 server time. I'm interested in joining more as a casual (since I can't really qualify gear wise for progression runs) and work my way up to a core raider. Is such a thing possible? As a dps, I'd like to apply as a Shadow, although my more geared character is a Sage Healer. I also have a Sentinel in full non-SP 216's except for relics that I wouldn't mind raiding on depending on what is needed. I actually have experience with at least half of the HM's available (EV, KP, EC, TFB, and Rav) and have done all of the SM content except for the single boss Ops. The first four raids I was hardcore raiding and had even approached EC and TFB NiM content with mixed success with my guild from way back when. I've raided as a Shadow primarily back then, moved on to an Operative healer for Rav and ToS content and w/e else was available a year ago. My raid experience is also not limited to just SWTOR. I've raided in top progression guilds in WoW during BC, Cata, and WoD. I've raided all content in DCUO up until Daybreak Studios took over and released their flop of a game content release schedule. I was in a small group of friends raiding up to and clearing Turn 4 (out of 5) of the Coils of Bahamut in FFXIV, although that was definitely more casual. I've cleared a lot of dungeons in Tera. All HM Destiny content. The list goes on. Now that list sounds like I game hop a lot as well, which, indeed, I certainly have. That's the issue when you have friends who show interest in a game you're playing, they play it for a month, then they try to get you into the next flavor of the month game and you stupidly agree. I've stopped doing that latter bit. I've stopped MMO-hopping because my friends found their MMO they can stay "dedicated" to. I do have a friend that is also interested in raiding with me in this game, and I'll happily give his name if you guys want it, but if he comes and goes, I'm staying, unless you guys insulted his mother or something on a personal level that would make me have to leave. That friend is also more of a pvp-nut and I'm sure he'll show more interest in that within this guild than anything. In game pub side chars are Rinmira (Sage), Ryokai (Sentinel), and Rikalyer (Shadow)

Tis true, that isn't to say I haven't been trying to farm them in any off time I get between raids, finishing up class stories, and other bits of game as well as RL obligation.

Hello, my original main was a Jedi Shadow on the Pub side by the name of Rikalyer. I knew every skill tree inside and out and cleared all content up to TFB NiM before RotHC released. I took a break during that entire expansion, and have come back from my hiatus looking for more end game fun! I now main an Operative and can heal or dps for your Ops group. My availability is any time after 8 p.m. central on the weekdays except Wednesday (can't raid, prior obligation), and any time before 6 p.m. central on Saturday and any time on Sunday. I'm currently building up the comms set, but have yet to get any actual raid experience in. Not that this should dissuade you from recruiting me. I do my research (I read Dulfy and watch strats on youtube), and I am a very quick learner. Now that I'm done being a narcissist with my raiding abilities, if you have any further questions, feel free to ask them!

I lol at how true this is. I outright admit to anyone I raid with that I do it for the gear. I have no qualms helping others get gear/enjoy the challenge, but I let them know why I am there.

Only thing that annoys me about resilience is that it won't break the sage/sorc pushback movement lock. I haven't noticed issues otherwise with it.

I see that even though we should drop project from the rotation, the spec still takes twin disciplines. Pretty much because of its situational usefulness? Guessing that and not much else in the balance tree left to go for that is more useful in the slightest.

I would think if there were to be a reward besides the affection gain for all and possible experience gain for the lowbies; it would most likely be a chance at acquiring unique companion skin customizations only available through it. Possibly a currency to build towards those unique customizations like Companion Commendations or something. I don't think they should warrant getting daily comms. I was going more for just adding life to the companions more than adding another step in the daily mission progress, though. Edit: This could also be used to acquire gear/weapons unique to companions as well.
