Hey guys, I'm currently leveling my BH and desperately looking for a modifiable chest piece that's purple in colour. I don't know if there is any that resembles the Mandalorian style, but that would be a bonus. If not does anyone know of any other modifiable armour that's coloured purple? Thanks in advance!

Glad this topic has been brought up again, it's a subject that needs to be remembered as it's a critical immersion issue... Making common colours impossible to acquire is a dumb mistake... Thankfully Bioware has acknowledged this issue and hopefully will sort it. However it has been a while since they posted in a similar thread so hoping this will serve as a reminder. Ohh I completely get that! I wish there were more people that thought the same, if that was the case I'd probably be in game experiencing the extra options right now . I was just pointing out that there will be ALLOT of the straight macho guys that will want to see it lol

Yeah I think it's certainly obvious the straight macho crowd are gonna want to see lesbionic romance with their female alts... This has always been a touchy subject on these forums and they usually spiral out of control and get locked... Hopefully people can just remain calm and not get into the homophobic bashing argument. I want BW to see that their public can be civilized

And whilst I agree with you, BW aren't going to stop all new content patches altogether... So this development isn't off the table...

I'd like to bring this to the attention (again) of Bioware too. They have acknowledged this prior to launch and told us it would be a post launch feature and although I fully support fixing the game's current issues instead of putting new features into the game, they can't halt further new developments entirely. As they have created a new content patch so soon it would indicate BW has plans to keep on releasing new content regularly. So hopefully BW will notice this and add it to the top of their must do list.

OMG learn your colours! Do not try and confuse people so you can craft an item and rip someone off!! For all people saying Magenta is Purple... Learn your elementary colours! Listen up cause you're about to be a very happy bunny! Take a look at this: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/c/c7/Blended_colour_wheel.svg This is a picture of the colour wheel... As you can see, Purple is located between Blue and Pink. Magenta is located between Pink and Red Now this proves that Magenta is a separate colour in it's own right... Hence why Bioware have called it MAGENTA and not either pink or purple... There is a purple crystal in game but it is currently Empire pvp ONLY! If you want to get really technical colour wise then it should be magenta that is restricted to Empire pvp... As magenta is far closer to red then purple is (check here and the colour wheel linked above)... Purple is allot closer to blue... Therefore it should be republic that are restricted to purple in pvp... But enough of technicalities, there should be no restrictions! This is an MMO a game of choice... It has been pointed out countless times that countless Jedi have wielded colours other than blue or green, including purple (Ki Adi Mundi, An'ya Kuro) Orange (Yaddle, Evan Piell), Yellow (Plo Koon) and RED (Adi Gallia) I'm tired of people saying Red is DS only, it is not! I've already listed prior to this that Sith have wielded Blue, Green and Yellow! (check my previous posts) They are all canon! Bioware has acknowledged the problem, here: So hopefully we should see a change at some point... But for now, stop your "Magenta IS Purple blah blah blah..." Argument, you are false.

25?!? powers were cheap at 25... Try getting to 40... Then you'll be cr**ing yourself! lol 22k per power... You're avin a laaafff! In seriousness though... Your quests build those monies back up. I'm currently sitting at 43 with 300k credits, all powers trained with speeder piloting... All I can think of is that you're either buying stuff of the GTN or you're training every possible crew skill.

Errmm no... Just change it so it spawns you back where you were before you joined the WZ. That way doesn't prevent players from being unable to carry on questing due to squishyness... Same goes for people that enter a WZ and leave before the end. Just transfer them back to where they were. That's a more productive solution. No point in stupid debuffs that reduce your playability for no reason. Not all people that go inactive are cheaters... Some people have genuine reasons for it. "Ohh noes! My mother just fell down the stairs!! AFK" lol.

It's pink... Not purple, we want true purple like empire gets... And it's understandable that pink is rare.. The only character to have a pink lightsaber was pink five, and she isn't even canon lol. You haven't read anyone's posts in this thread have you?

Well exactly! I don't know where he got the idea that they couldn't . And besides, Exar Kun created the double bladed lightsaber! So we know he definitely possesses the knowledge to craft a lightsaber

I'm so glad you guys have finally taken note of this! It's important to allot of players to be able to obtain true purple without having to be empire and do PVP. Thank you Bioware! Now I hope you do act on it.

Didn't actually read my post did you? They all possessed those lightsabers at the time that they served the darkside therefore regardless whether they had those colours whilst they were Jedi they had definitely gained enough DS points and reached at least dark 1 by that time! lol. Also I fail to believe that two powerful people such as Exar and Ulic couldn't craft their own lightsabers lol. Common now...
