    The way I see it is the developers knew that the players opting to play Empire would lean more towards getting things done/efficiency , and on the flipside Republic players specifically Jedi would want time to find themselves and get the warm fuzzies from the light side of the force. JK JK. Korriban really is a insanely fast.
