There is channel called Endgame. might as well use this one since it is already there and has people using it. get the word out about it and it will get used more.

I run in a 16man HM DF/DP raid team. We are organized, have a custom chat channel and an email that the raid leader sends out every week. The thing is the team isn't a guild team. most of us are from all different guilds. we all just come together to form this raid team we call 'Blacksquad'. Only thing is, is that we raid on the Empire side. Times are 8.30pm NZST Wednesday and Thursday. This probably doesn't suit you, but just a heads up that there are groups out there like this, although not many of them.. Good luck finding one

<Valar Dohaeris> Imp Side We are starting up a new raid team within our guild, to do DF/DP HM's. And also to team up with our main raid team for 16 man content. Raid time is 10pm PST on a Monday and Wednesday. Which is 5pm AEDT on a Tuesday and Thursday (7pm NZ). Currently taking tanks and dps (prefer ranged at this stage), so if you are interested we will do some runs with you and see if you are a fit for the team.
