As I'm looking over this it looked very usefull. Problem is your calcalations. If you level up exactly with the recipes you call out for and when then you would literally need only half of the ingredients you call out for.
As you make each item you get 2 pts to your skill and your raising it a total of 20 pts between recipes so you only need to make 10 items, not 20 the way you call it out. Otherwise very usefull.
Edit: Also labeling the ingredients as to what each is would be helpfull also. For instance "Alien Bacteria Grade 4 Biochemical Sample"
