I have been asking for "sittable" chairs since Beta. I understand its far, far, FAR from a high priority on the development list, but it can't be that hard to implement (they added the click-and-sit feature to the personal starships, mind you). I'd love even the work-arounds suggested in this thread!

Actually the problem here is one of simple subjective opinion. What one considers "bland, samey, and uninteresting" others enjoy fully. Rationalizing your opinion in an attempt to have others see your point of view in no way irrationalizes theirs. You dislike the voice acting, others do not. That's the only problem here.

Nope, because I still enjoy the hell out of the voice acting. Its a shame development on the game has ceased and we will never have improved or new systems added in the future.

Then I'm thankful YOU are not in charge of creating the games I enjoy, because honestly it sounds as if I wouldn't enjoy them nearly as much. I really enjoy the VO work. I really enjoy watching a dialogue sequence unfold before my eyes rather than reading a pop-up box with text. And I really enjoy the presentation aspect of it all.

I agree to an extent on the exploration, and I am hoping future content and planets expand more. As for the PvP, I enjoy it.

Actually, I believe those affection points gained are not final until the conversation finishes and the quest is complete. You will even get a pop-up on completion giving the amount of experience, affection, LS/DS points, and currency gained during all quest dialogue after the conversation has concluded and the quest is complete. Yes, you can cancel and restart the conversations and still get the affection point pop-ups, but they don't tally and finalize until the conversation ends successfully. Should get some Bioware clarification on it, though.
