  1. I'm still subbed. I have other toons with all of their money. I just so happens that the one toon that has the most money was missing it when I logged back in last Tuesday (except for the 85k left). I was hoping someone had a similar experience of some sort or knew of anything about this type of thing. I've been a sub for 10 years and just have never had such a situation.
  2. I appreciate your response. This spot is the exact spot the customer service person linked to me to post. I'm not a frequent poster on the Forums at all. The customer service person just said that they can't take any more time to look into my odd situation and to post in this forum. If it's out of place, then I apologize.
  3. I'm posting this to see if anyone has had a similar experience and because the customer service has basically told me that they can't spend time it'd take to find out what happened to my credits. I can't be alone, can I? Last Tuesday, May 3, I logged on to my toon with the most credits to do some banking with him. And, I saw that he had 85,000 credits...He normally carries about 2.5 billion. I have not traded with any other players or bought anything major on GTN in recent weeks. I can't find the money placed on any other toon by accident (neither could the customer service team). It's not in my legacy bank. I can't figure what could have happened. I use the toon frequently, more for banking and getting weekly conquests. None of my toons (over 60) carry as little as 85,000 credits. I'm just beside myself with anger because that took a lot of time to build up that money (sure, fake money, but it's frustrating). If anyone has had a similar situation or can suggest anything that I'm overlooking, please pitch in with your ideas. The customer service suggested I post in in case a Dev reads this and thinks it's wrong for me to wake up and lose 2 billion at the week's reset. Thanks!
