I suffer from the same malady - spent an hour on the phone waiting for an answer from customer service. I was told that there are a lot of us having the same problem. Answer - wait until customer service finds out how to fix it. Only problem is...if you can't launch the login, how will you be able to download the patch to fix it? Not a very well thought out update - wonder if I will ever be able to play this game again - looks like I spent my money wastefully on those cartel coins I will never use and that Hutt update I will never be able to play.
