Scoundrels will be pretty much useless now. If we can't kill our enemy fast enough, what is the point in this class? Run around chasing speeded/shielded sorcs or unkillable BHs with spamrockets hitting for 3,5k every 1.5s or w/e. We have no charge skill, no knockback skill, no pull skill, while every other class has one. So now enemies will laugh at us as we try to get near them and try to scratch them.
The fact that we can make it really hurt in first 3secs doesn't always make up for other classes sustainability in longer combat. I'm rank 46, not highest but also not low, warzones are team-based matches, if you don't kill enemy fast as a scoundrel, you won't kill him at all. If he gets a heal, or you slow/stun from someone else, you can only try to get near him again and finish him as you have no other thing to do, and that means you will get nuked down while doing so.
In 1v1 we may have advantage sometimes, but the lack of aoe skills and ability to survive longer fights in general is a big downside. And warzones aren't 1v1 fights...
After 1.1.1 patch BW can delete Scoundrel class as there won't be any point in playing it. People can go Jedi with lightstick and ability to charge instead and will be way better off.
