We don't actually use a tank swap. We let our DPS tank them until the first strong swipe(if there is one). They don't hurt enough to absolutely need a tank on them. Besides, our healers get extremely bored so we like to give them something to do.

I use my Shroud/Resilience on the first wave of subteroths. AoE taunt them all and hold them in the OS/XS and hit my shroud right before the first one dies. You've got to know how fast your DPS can burn them down, but it works well. Its back up by the time the Dismantlers are out in worst case scenario. I would provide a video on my timing, but the only one around is a foul up where I Shrouded a poison just before the 1st wave ><. Another worst case scenario is to Force Cloak if you DO take a strong swipe (never put your back to a wall). Better to let your DPS take a few hits than eat a death.
