  1. Read again, I'm talking about going back to younger planets 18 - 25 and looking in the "Who" section of the Social panel. As far as I'm aware that number of players you can see is for the entire planet no matter what instance they are in. Just seems odd that after a week the server still feels dead. The Republic Fleet should be packed by now... yet it's not. I doubt people can even find decent groups for the first flashpoints.
  2. So my guild was assigned to Vulkar Highway for EGA. I got into EGA the second day they were allowing people in and do you know how many people were on the starter planet with me while I was there? Maybe 12 tops... hell even NOW the night before release if I go back to the newer planets I might only see 20 - 60 people on a planet. Isn't that a little pathetic? I mean Beta the fleet was PACKED full of people all the time... yet on my server despite it listed as a "FULL" server the fleet is a ghost town. I've gotten to level 37 with my Guardian... the planets I go to quest on are lucky to have 6 people on them... which in my mind is terrible because it has been a week... I'd expect more people around my level. I just wanted to voice a thought... it just doesn't feel right for a FULL server to be so quiet... --------- Anyone else having similar experiences? This just can't be right... I certainly hope they don't add too many servers come midnight... Guess my guild may have been stuck to a "crap" server... who knows.
  3. He's right. The REAL issue about EGA is the fact he as the community lead failed in properly reporting all the issues people were having getting their hands on pre-order codes at their time of purchase. Many of us pre-ordered July 21st but could not get our codes for WEEKS after the fact... why was this not taken into account for EGA?
  4. Same story but I didn't HAVE my code until Sept 15th... so I literally could not put it in.
  5. For the past few months your community has been VERY vocal about having pre-order issues... - EB Games Canada not having their code cards on July 21st (Or for weeks after) - Best Buy pre-order mess - Amazon not sending the code through E-Mail So that begs the question... why was nothing done? I pre-ordered the game on July 21st... yet my EB Games did not get me my CE pre-order code until SEPTEMBER 15th. How was I to put in a code I didn't have? Because of this whole mess I am now being left behind level wise by those friends of mine that did get into the game today. By the time I get to play I will be left in the dust and forced to play with strangers... NOT WHAT I HAD PLANNED. Did the community manager not inform his superiors about the 10X a day threads about pre-order code issues? My biggest issue with this whole mess is the fact Bioware is splitting up friends. I want to play with them as I level... not try to play catch up while the few that got in enjoy playing together.
  6. I know this will get buried quickly but these are my thoughts... #1. You were aware of the fact many retailers had difficulties getting their customers the pre-order codes required for early access. - EB Games Canada not having the code cards because their head office was PRINTING THEM the first day we could pre-order - Best Buy screwing up - People not getting the E-Mail from Amazon #2. You did stress tests for a reason... so why do I feel as though we are testing your servers for you yet again? - Maybe you should have allowed more people into the Beta sooner... just a thought. Having a 2008 account with a CE ordered and having been signed up for Beta from the start I didn't get into the Beta at all with this main account... I had to use a key I found on a third party website that then gave me access to a Beta weekend. Thanks for taking care of your fans before tossing XXXXXXXXX amount of keys all over the web. / sarcasm #3. I was fine with the whole "Waves" idea until you stopped. - Letting people into the game in waves can be acceptable... but I somewhat figured you guys would be doing the waves 24 / 7 until everyone had access. #4. Because of your system I am now going to be far behind my friends and will have to play with random strangers as I level up. Thanks... thanks a lot. Just what I enjoy doing in an MMO... not playing with my friends. --------------------- While it's far from the end of the world I do feel robbed of game time. I pre-ordered the first day we could and because I couldn't get my pre-order code on time so I'm left waiting to gain access. I call unfair on that... and I bet you I am not the only one thinking this way. Long story short your pre-order system was borked a long time ago... the community made it very clear we were having issues getting our codes... yet you did nothing and continued on as planned. Did the community manager even bring up all the pre-order issues to his superiors? It doesn't look like it at this rate.
