This took me by surprise. I recently leveled a cybertech and subsequently sent him some armorings and mods that I had had stocked up on my main from gear optimizing/experimentation. Reverse engineering the Mods worked as I expected and I was able to learn the schematics from a couple. My problem lies with the armorings. It was my understanding that you could RE 26/27 level armorings/mods/enhancements to have a chance at learning their schematic. HOWEVER, on my cybertech when I hover over the armoring(s) in question it says "No Research Available" unlike when I try to RE the Mods and Enhancements. Any assistance anyone could provide in this area would be much appreciated.
