    Can you still get the Gambler's Party floor and other items from events such as this?

    For starters, I'm a noob. This is my first MMO. I have no idea why I can't learn the schematic for either "7" barrels. Reverse engineering the level 6 barrels only gave me the upgraded versions of themselves, and they have no research available. Does anyone know what I need to do? Thank you for your time.
