  1. Is there a way to filter out mission markers for missions that are too low in level? Thanks.
  2. After I maxed affection with Nadia, she started sending me a few gifts via the mail. Are these gifts relevant to the relationship story? In other words, does giving gifts to Nadia, particularly those she gave me, serve any purpose when her affection is already maxed? Or does the romance evolve based on other factors such as progression of the class quests? Thanks.
  3. Nevermind. I guess the area has more than one entrance. The map can be misleading.
  4. I'm trying to access the first control station but there are 2 level 50s with other imps blocking the way. It's a level 43 quest. Am I missing something? Any help is appreciated.
  5. I purchased a blue techblade from the GTN that had a level requirement around 33. I believe it was crafted but not entirely sure.
  6. Yeah, I hope that's the case because I really want my legacy! By the way, although the mission is level 32, Vivicar himself is level 34.
  7. Thanks for the feedback. The actual mission is level 32 but I'll try again at 30. Too bad the whole area has respawned.
  8. I'm currently 16 Telekinetics - 4 Balance. Based on the ease of my previous victory, I thought combat must be glitched but I guess it's a level thing with resistance. Argh!
  9. Is there a level requirement for Vivicar? I know you have to interupt his crush ability but I'm having trouble doing that. And he doesn't seem to be taking much damage. I beat him with a different character around 31 but now, at 29, he seems to be ignoring some of my abilities. Is this a glitch of sorts or is he just resisting me?!
  10. Hey, good info! Thanks for that. I may try it out for myself but my expectations are low. Edit: Let me add, however, that I think Concentration is well worth it if going for Tidal Force. Not only is there less pushback but you get the dual benefit of force regeneration and a good chance for an instant Telekinetic Wave with Disturbance. Also, as I think about it, the extra auto heal can only be a good thing. It may not be worth the points but it certainly doesn't prevent or hinder the other means of self-healing available.
  11. I'm not an alt person either, nor a pvp'r, nor much of a raider. So I have a subtle dread of the 'endgame' as well but that can be said about any game. At least with an MMO, there is usually something to do (though fun it may not be) while waiting for the next expansion. The 'perfect' game, in my opinion, is a never-ending story-based crpg with optional grouping opportunities so...SWTOR has a lot going for it!
  12. For a predominantly telekinetic sage, I would like to put a couple of points in Focused Insight for a little auto-self-healing. I'm crit heavy and always (try to) have Weaken Mind up and use Mind Crush on tougher opponents. I also use Telekinetic Throw a lot but I don't believe that counts as periodic damage. In any event, will Focused Insight make any noticable difference on its own without using Force in Balance and slotting Psychic Absorption? Thanks.
  13. Lots of feedback, I appreciate it. As someone mentioned, my question was about general gameplay, not just endgame. I don't PVP and probably won't be joining a raid guild but who knows. Solo content and small groups is my current thing. I like the idea of reusables but also unique, BoP armor especially if it provides an extra slot that you can't otherwise get. As for the Rakata stuff, it seems only the belts and gloves (?) are craftable? The rest of the gear can be purchased? Also, I read orange gear won't give an extra slot at this time. So as you're leveling, can you make anything better than the widely available orange gear?
  14. Can you get an augment slot on any crit regardless of item level? And are they BoE with the exception of top tier stuff mentioned? Thanks for all the info!
