Any one know where/how these are acquired?

Aaaaaany at all.

Does any one know how/where these two blaster's are acquired? I've gotten mixed information over locations, some say that it's a 100% chance drop off of the Belsavis world boss but I somewhat doubt that. Any help is appreciated.
