You do realise that if they made it so the queue's were seperate and you had to choose arena's seperately.......people would be here complaining about that. Enjoy thinking you are right. Spose thats what mmo forums are for.

PvP games happen every minute, its rare to wait long. BW has the actual numbers of who plays what. Angry forums posts dont affect them, despite the misguided passion with which they are posted. I just got the patch so maybe ill hate it too, we'll see. Its just a pvp match though where you fight people in a way your not used to yet in this game. Should be fun.....maybe......

I get it. And debating stuff on the internet is silly, so I wont argue. I pvp a lot, and I pve a lot......its a good game. Lots to do. The patch came live an hour ago......have you even tried it yet? Dont complain just cause you can. Lets see shall we? Might suck. Might be awseome.

I am annoyed I am even looking at this thread. PvP just grew up a little bit, if you cant fight in the arena you dont belong in pvp.

I dont PvP cause its easy, or my favorate zone. I do it for a challange against real people. Not bots. Complaining is easy......so take that option.

Silly them as far as Im concerned. My guild really likes to push the end games raids etc as well, but I fully intend to enjoy the new content. Not rush through it as fast as possible for epeen no one else cares about. Weird.

Since so many NA players seem to think playing with lag is fine I think BW should force transfer a NA server to the APAC ones.

The lag sucks for pvp from oceanic region to NA, thats why I started playing SWTOR. Sure you can play, but you will never be competitive in pvp which naturally is a major suck. For eg, I often couldnt backstab moving targets before they opened the APAC servers. It looked like I was behind them but I was somewhere else. And say goodbye to huttball, the fire is on when it looks off. And just try getting rid off the ball when behind hammered but 5 guys all dps and stunning you while your 1 second behind all of them. Or you try to leap to someone on a ledge, but they already have jumped off so you land on the ground with a wasted skill. Sure the game is playable, but it just sucks majorly. Im not sure why you NA players keep trying to tell this guy that there is no lag, and its fine. Its not if you want to be good at the game.

I just cant believe how stupid this move is, I wanted to just keep playing on and on but now all my guild is un-subbing my reasons to play are few. I also used to hate in wow with my rogue how I could never backstab a moving target. I just cant go back to that so looks like im un-subbing as well if this goes ahead.

Oh just merge the server like we wanted. It would be awesome. Otherwise probably have to leave the game for another because all my guildies dont want to pvp on low ping. Plenty of newer mmo's coming, swtor was the favorate beause of its ping. Lose that and...........

And yet you came in here and told the OP to /move on and stop posting. Perhaps it is you that should /move on, especially since the topic does not involve you and the 3 or 4 other blow-ins who are repeatedly posting over and over, far more than the APAC people that you are accusing of posting too much. Weird. I came in here because coming from one of the affected servers, I kinda agreed with the OP and was genuinely curious about the topic. Unlike some, I did not come in here with the sole purpose of disrupting the thread. In game, the question posed by the OP has been consistantly thrown around.......nobody gets it. Sure if its purely financial it would make sense, but BW says it listened to us and its to improve our playing experience. Its clearly not what the majority wanted, and it is definately not the best option. If you had been on our servers and been watching guilds dissolve, freinds unsub and leave, people literally "Giving Away their Stuff", everything worked for falling apart, then you might have some understanding. It was freaking depressing in there last night, a tight knight community falling apart.....all due to this move by BW. Two days before eveything was rocking. Low population, but rocking anyway. So before getting all "I wanna be a forum mod but I am not" take into account the changes going on for the APAC people and that you are not aware of all the facts. These people are losing their server for crying out loud, and now being scattered across the NA ones. If you guys got forced moved to EU there would be equal forum antics. I like to think we wouldnt follow you into all your threads and try to debunk your ideas, simply because your whining annoyed us. I imagine if BW just said it was purely financial, people would give up. But BW says they are listening......so people are still trying to get them to listen. It makes complete sense.

Anyway, there is a massive exodus going on ingame this eve, so no matter what anyone says......the ping mattered to the players.

People just naturally dont want to go backwards in gameplay. Thats whats happening. End of the world? No. But may as well try other games now since SWTOR doesnt have the lag edge.
