You can buy them with either warzone commendations or daily commendations.. Each of the choices have 2 basic colors available.. The rest of the schematics you have to find as drops or RE them, i guess..

How about the Tionese crystals?? I got plenty of commendations as it, but need a lot of crystals to use them for anything..
