Okay i checked my combat log and the final hit of master strike doesnt show up when it deals no damage as shown in the video. So im assuming whats happening is the game isnt registering the hit sometimes. Since its missing completely from the combat log, meaning no mention of a dodge or miss or anything. Lately i have been noticing that the final hit of master strike sometimes deals no damage. I do not think it's due to my accuracy since its at 109.88 when it comes to special attacks. And given that i have heard enemies have at most a 10 percent defense chance, none of my attacks should really be missing. Regardless, if it was due to my accuracy then a dodge or miss should appear on screen when the attack deals no damage, but none of that appears. I have a video that shows whats happening, it is on the operations dummy. But i have also seen it happen on all enemies randomly. It is frustrating since master strike is one of the main attacks for a vigilance spec guardian, and a loss of that one hit is very significant.
