I am trying to finish chapter 16 but when arcann gets to 14%(50k) hp i get stuck and cannot damage him.. is there anything i can do or is this a glitch?

Is anyone having login problems? Mine was working fine yesterday and now the login service is either unavailable and sends me here or it logs in and says there is a download in progress and can't play. Any one else having these issues?

how long til they come back up?
